If you have a support contract, follow the process below which explains how to register for an account on the Metadata Technology ticketing system and to submit requests.

Step 1: Register for the Support Service

Email us at support@metadatatechnology.com to register for the Support Service. Registration allows you to submit support requests through the Service Support Web Portal or by Email.

Step 2: Submit your Support Request
